Don’t have a printer? Order it online from Office Depot/Max, upload the high res PDF provided above, have it printed on 110lb cardstock and its ready for pickup in no time.
All of our party spaces at Ringer’s are outside so please plan according to the weather report. Each party area will be provided two sun umbrellas or two patio heaters depending on weather conditions. Plan for sunny and warmer temps by day and a cooler evening temps after sunset, no matter what time of year. We do not allow pop ups or tents for birthday parties or public skate sessions.
Your party room will include three tables with long black table clothes and bench seating. You will have a fourth table for food and decor. There is a centerpiece used to weigh down the table cloth that changes seasonally. You may remove it if it does not fit your party decor but your tablecloth may flap up if there is a breeze. You will have at least two umbrellas for shade.
We allow outside food at no extra cost to you. All food must stay in the party area. Please keep temperature in mind for daytime parties. You may bring in coolers as long as they stay in your party area. We are unable to refrigerate your cake. You may bring in any food or beverage you like except alcohol. We absolutely do not allow alcohol on the premises, including the parking lot.

You may arrive 15 minutes before your rental start time for setup. We will have your party area ready for you. You may unload food, setup decor and prep for your guests who may begin their check it at your rental start time. Please do not arrive prior to 15 minutes early for setup. We will be cleaning up from our prior groups and will not have your party area available. Thank you for your understanding.
We do not allow any cooking on site during public session. We are unable to provide power for crockpots or any other kind of burner or warmers. We do not allow an open flame.
If you really want a Taco Cart or a Food Truck at your special celebration, you would need to opt for a private rental. We do allow on-site cooking/catering for full facility rentals.
Each minor with a paid party entry may bring a non-skating parent/adult chaperone without paid entry. All skating participants of any age must have a paid entry. We do not allow parents in shoes on the skating floor to help their children. All guests on the rink floor must be on skates.
Yes. Most parties only cover the child who is invited. All other guests (ie. parents, siblings, etc.) who want to skate and join the group must pay for their own entry to the skating session. Regular public entry is $18 and includes a skate rental at no extra charge. You may allow these add-on guest in your party area.
Yes. If you are anticipating more than you originally booked for, you may keep an open tab at the counter for any overages and we will settle them up at the end of your party. Additional entries are $18/participant and includes a skate rental at no extra charge. Some folks choose to include parents or other people on their add-ons tab. Please let our staff know at the time of check-in who you will be covering and we will handle it from there.
You are welcome to bring your own quad and inlines from home. We do not rent inlines. Only quads.
Protective gear is optional but always recommended for newer skaters. You may bring your own from home or rent ours.
We rent protective gear for an additional $5 fee per skater. Protective gear rental includes knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and helmet.
We have rental skates from Toddler Size 9 to Mens 15. A toddler size 9 skate fits most 3 year old children.
Children of any age are welcome to try roller skating with us. We find, on average, kids around 4 or 5 are able to start getting it. Most kids younger than that do not.
We have Skate Mates available in three sizes for younger children, older children and adults. They are a $10/rental and may be used for the duration of your skating session on that day. All Skate Mates are available on a first come first serve basis.
